Gait Retraining & Running Mechanics
This program starts with a video analysis utilising the "Hudi" app; a functional movement screen to observe one's mobility and balance. We use the "Technogym Skillrun System" to help develop optimum walking and running habits.
This also gives you a good induction into running mechanics which can help you reduce the risk of injuries such as plantar fasciitis, ankle sprain and even some knee pains.
This training helps to increase strength, flexibility and power for physical performance in Golf, it can help with longer drives, more accurate shots and a consistent performance overall.
We use TPI certified golf fitness screening to identifying any player's limitations and then apply exercise protocols to take you from the rough straight to the green.
