Our body composition  analysis to set up the good reference for helping trainee understand their appropriate body image which includes lean muscle mass and fat tissue, then the follow-up goal setting and nutrition plan will be created

Gait retraining & Running Mechanics

Video analysis by"Hudi" app, functional movement screen to observe one's mobility and balance. We got "Technogym Skillrun system" to help trainee gradually develop a good walking and running skills

It also gives you a good induction of running mechanics which certainly help you reduce the risk of injuries such as plantar fasciitis, ankle sprain and even some kind of knee pain.
